What began as a personal path through chronic illness, stress, shadow work slowly grew into something I wanted to share. A way of living that is gentle, intentional, and rooted in connection.

But the heart of my work goes beyond products. I'm a certified herbal practitioner and offer personalized consults, exploration of the psyche with tarot readings, and council with guided shadow work.
